After Cristiano Ronaldo announced the passing of his son, another Manchester United star player, Bruno Fernandes has reportedly engaged in car accident.
The Portugal star was said to be on his way to training ahead of their English Premier League game against Liverpool. Liverpool will host Manchester United on Tuesday at 20:00pm.
Meanwhile, the manager of the club, Ralf Rangnick has disclosed that no one was injured in the car accident and that Fernandes trained with the rest of the team and should be available when they face title chaser, Liverpool.
His Portuguese counterpart, Ronaldo made the disclosure of his son passing via his social media pages on Monday.
The statement was co-signed by Ronaldo’s spouse, Georgina Rodriguez.
“It is with our deepest sadness that we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away.”
The couple called it the greatest pain that any parent can feel.
“Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.”
Ronaldo and his wife thanked doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support.
“Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you,” they wrote.
Last October, Ronaldo and Rodriguez announced they were expecting twins.
The Manchester United player has four other children, including twins
