Bill Gates has sent powerful message to described his father who passed away at the age of 94 describing him as the real Bill Gates.
The father of Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, a lawyer and philanthropist, William H. Gates II has died and his son has been speaking about it.
He died on Monday at his William H. Gates II, home in Washington state from Alzheimer’s disease.
The family made this known on Tuesday with a message, “deep commitment to social and economic equity,” noting that he was responsible for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s first efforts to improve global health as well as his advocacy for progressive taxation, especially unsuccessful efforts to pass a state income tax on the wealthy in Washington.
Many people may not have known the works of Gates senior but his son is revealing how influential and generous he was during his life.
Bill Gates wrote in a tribute. “My dad’s wisdom, generosity, empathy, and humility had a huge influence on people around the world,” Bill Gates
He stated further that he will miss his father every day and credited him as the real Bill Gates.
“My dad was the real Bill Gates and I will miss him every day” Bill Gates Junior wrote on Twitter.
Bill Gates is making this known to the world that without his father, he would not have become famous like he is today.
This also shows how parenting is key to the success of an individual.
He is now using the occasion of his father’s death to eulogized him and to pay tribute to his dad.
