BREAKING: Another Chelsea star to miss Brentford game due to illness
On Saturday, the 16th of October, Chelsea will be playing its 8th premier league match of the season, which is against Brentford football club. The Blues will be looking to continue on their impressive start to the season with an away trip to their west London rival with sight on the maximum three points.
However, Thomas Tuchel’s side might do the job without the service of Hakim Ziyech. The Morrocan international has missed two training sessions due to a headache and today’s game could be coming too early for him.
The German gaffer also doubts the availability of Thiago Silva following his involvement in Brazil’s world cup qualifying match against Uruguay, which was played in the early hours of Friday.
The European champions’ trip to Brentford Community Stadium will also see Toni Rudiger sidelined from the match due to a back problem he suffered while representing the German national team.
Thomas Tuchel will be hoping his side doesn’t suffer any further setback as games will be coming fast and thick in the coming weeks.
