The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Monday March 16 has order a stop of the sack of Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress.
Justice Abubakar Yahaya has order a stay of execution to the judgement of Justice Danlami Senchi of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Jabi, Abuja, that sack Oshiomhole as Chairman.
Justice Abubakar led the three-man panel of the appeal court and set aside the judgement of the High Court.
The panel also restrained the respondents including the police and the Department of State Service to disregard the suspension order on Oshiomhole.
The court order takes effect pending the hearing of Oshiomhole’s motion for interlocutory injunction that will be heard on Friday.
