BREAKING: Chelsea handed heavy punishment as FA backs Liverpool

Finally English Football Association has fulfilled their threat against Chelsea as they back Liverpool and condemned the behaviours of Chelsea players.

Chelsea have been given a £25,000 fine after their players failed to behave themselves during the game against Liverpool.

Chelsea played out a 1-1 draw against Liverpool at Anfield in their last Premier League game.

The major talking point of the game was the referee’s controversial decision in the 46th minute.

Thomas Tuchel’s team was in good control of the game before Anthony Taylor gave Chelsea defender, Reece James, a red card for an unintentional foul in the penalty box.

The ball seems to have struck the right hand of Reece James and I don’t think anyone would question the referee for awarding a penalty.

However, it remains unclear why Anthony Taylor decided to give Reece James a red for a pardonable offence.

Chelsea players charged at the referee as they were all furious.

They all knew it would be very difficult to get anything away from the game with a man down.

Cezar Azpilicueta, Jorginho, Rudiger, Christensen, Lukaku, and Marcus Alonso were among the players who couldn’t contain their anger.

FA fines Chelsea instead of rescinding Anthony Taylor’s decision

After the game against Liverpool, Chelsea fans expected the English Football Association to rescind Anthony’s Taylor decision.

In fact, many of the fans were confident that the FA would cancel Reece James’ red card.

However, this isn’t the case as FA confirms that Reece James will miss Chelsea’s next couple of games.

In addition to that, Chelsea also received punishment from FA ahead of their next Premier League game against Aston Villa.

According to reports, Chelsea will pay a fine of £25,000 for failing to control their players during the game against Liverpool.

Chelsea lost two points due to the referee’s terrible decision against Liverpool and they’ve received a fine for their uncultured reaction during the game.

Thomas Tuchel would hope this same attitude doesn’t repeat itself in Chelsea’s future games.
