The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has revealed that he will be meeting with the officials of the United Nations over the recently launched Eastern Security Network (ESN).
Kanu who made this known in a live chat with some members of the Indigenous People of Biafra on Wednesday claimed that he is going to settle the matter with the UN.
The IPOB leader had earlier told the Southeast Governors that the security outfit will operate without their blessings .
Recall that the Igbo Governors had declared that both Kanu and his group lacked the legal rights to established such a security outfit.
But Kanu has hinted that the programme will go out and that he is ready to take it up with the world body.
He disclosed that the men will be available to safeguard the people of the region against the attacks from herdsmen and other invaders.
