Chelsea are working hard to finalize every possible deal at their disposal before the end of the summer transfer window.
The Blues have so far been able to secure Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan, and are also closing in on Jules Kounde after agreeing £42million fee with Sevilla.
However, the above names are not the only targets for Chelsea as reports claims they’re eyeing a move for Barcelona starlet Ilaix Moriba.
And according to the Daily Express, Chelsea have already reached an agreement over personal terms to sign midfielder Ilaix Moriba from Barcelona this summer. The 18-year old, who made his La Liga debut in La Roja’s 5-1 win over Alaves in February was recently spotted in London amid speculations linking him with a move to Stamford Bridge.
The young midfielder is widely regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Europe, with a number of top teams vying for his signature before deadline.
With Chelsea having agreed personal terms with him, all that is left for the Blues is to negotiate a fee with Barcelona to sign the Guinea international, who’s entering the final year of his contract.
