Chelsea and Real Madrid to agree £165,000-a-week for a world-class player

Chelsea and Real Madrid are reportedly looking to agree the signing of a world-class player during the ongoing January transfer window.

Madrid are currently placed 2nd on the La Liga league standing table, having won their last league match against Celta Vigo in a 2:0 victory.

Chelsea on the other hand, are currently placed 8th on the premiere league standing table following their defeat to Manchester city on in a 3:1 defeat.
With the reopening of the winter transfer window, Real Madrid are determined to improve their squad, in a bid for the Los Blancos to reinforce their squad, they have indicated internal in Bayern Munich defender and the La Liga club are ready to complete the signing of the Austria international this January.

The £165,000-a-week footballer who refused to sign a new deal at the Allianz Arena, started his career at Bayern youth set up.

However, Real Madrid ready to agree €65m deal to complete the signing of David Alaba.
