Some players of Chelsea have been linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge and the club is also ready to land in more talented players to replace them.
There’s no doubt that Chelsea are in the hunt for a new striker this summer, with goals drying up from the likes of Timo Werner, Tammy Abraham and other attacking players in the team.
Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Braut Haaland has been Thomas Tuchel top transfer target, with owner Roman Abramovich reportedly said to have decided to do everything possible to sign the Norway international should Chelsea qualify for next season UEFA Champions League.
However, reports suggest the Blues are looking at other options if a deal for Haaland collapses.
According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea are in advanced talks with Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero about a potential move to Stamford Bridge this summer.
The Argentina forward will be a free agent this summer when his current deal at Man City expires at the end of the season.
Though, Aguero has been primarily linked with a move to the Blaugrana. However, the La Liga sides are ready to face competition from PSG and Chelsea.
Chelsea, in particular, are seriously keen to snap him up especially with Giroud’s current deal set to expire by the end of the season, meaning someone like Aguero should serve as direct replacement for outgoing Olivier Giroud.
