Chelsea to complete €60m signing of Brazilian superstar as Willian’s replacement

Chelsea have continued to be active in the transfer window, as they are to complete the signing of a Brazilian superstar who will serve as Willian’s replacement.

The Blues have also been strongly linked with a move for Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Harvertz since the past months,but thy might be priced out on a deal for the German playmaker and as a result are looking for an alternative, should they fail in their plan to secure the services of the Germany international.

The London giants are now reportedly ready to pay nearly €60m, for the transfer of Barcelona attacker Philippe Coutinho this summer, as they viewed him as a perfect replacement for Willian.

The Brazilian who was loan to Bayern Munich has be superb for the Bundesliga giants, of which he played a great role in Barcelona elimination from the Champions League tournaments last week, scoring twice and provided an assist in the process.

Chelsea have identified the former Liverpool star as a potential transfer target, and are reportedly prepared to pay close to €60m to secure the signature of the 28 years old Brazilian playmaker.

The West London club could however face stiff competitions from their London arch rival Arsenal, as they have been reported to be nearing a loan deal for the Brazil international.
