Thomas Tuchel asks Chelsea FC owner to sign Erling Haaland

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has asked Blues owner Roman Abramovich to use Timo Werner in a player-plus-cash deal for Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland, according to a report in Spain.

Spanish publication Sport, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that Tuchel is eager to get a deal in line for the Norwegian star in the 2021 summer transfer window.

The same article states that Tuchel has personally asked Blues owner Roman Abramovich to use Timo Werner, who struggling in front of goal since arrived at Stamford Bridge as part of a deal for Erling Haaland.

The Blues boss is desperate to get Haaland over others top European club’s and believed offer player-plus-cash could give them huge chances of land the Norwegian star over their Premier League rivals and other top European club’s, who also said to be credited in service of highly-rated forward.

Meanwhile, reports claimed last week that Borussia Dortmund have set a staggering £154million asking price for Erling Haaland, who scored 31 goals in 33 games so far this season.

Liverpool and Chelsea have joined the race for Martin Odegaard

Arsenal reportedly face competition from Chelsea and Liverpool for Martin Odegaard with the Gunners fearing Real Madrid are set to place a £50million price tag on the Norwegian star.
