Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has landed his first domestic signing of the season after the news that Senegalese shot stopper has been injured.
Chelsea talented shot-stopper, Nathan Baxter has accepted to join the English League One club, Accrington Stanley on-loan, according to the latest report from Football Insider.
The 21-year-old English goalkeeper has dropped down as the first choice shot-stopper at Stamford Bridge following the late-September signing of the Senegal international, Edouard Mendy from French Ligue 1 outfit, Stade Rennais.
The Chelsea’s first of the domestic market deal is being completed and an announcement is coming up shortly. The Frank Lampard’s side are showing interest for their academy setup to gain key experience and regular playing time at a senior level.
The 21 year-old English sensational goalkeeper, Nathan Baxter is highly valued by the Stamford Bridge club and has a deal that runs until 2023. The ace has yet to make his senior debut for Chelsea FC but he was on the bench for their 6-0 English Football League Cup victory over Barnsley last month.
The transfer market for domestic that enables trading only between English Premier League and English Football League clubs closes on 16th of October.
