Antonio Rudiger is staying at Chelsea and will focus on trying to work his way back into Frank Lampard’s first team plans. Chelsea’s fail to sell Antonio Rudiger meant they didn’t activate Partey’s release clause ( £45m ) it was well within range for the club. ( Matt Law).
