Huge news from Stamford Bridge as Tuchel ready to sign Bundesliga star to replace outgoing players

CHELSEA will definitely be busy during the summer transfer window as some key players have already been linked to move away from Stamford Bridge.

Without much doubts, Thomas Tuchel will most definitely remain keen on improving his current squad by signing some new players when the summer transfer window is opened.

The West London club splashed the cash to sign experienced centre-forward Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan last summer and are currently occupying the 3rd position on the Premier League table.

But then, following reports that experienced centre-back Antonio Rudiger is in line to leave the club on a free transfer next summer, Chelsea will most definitely make a move to sign a defender.

And if reports are anything to go by, then Chelsea have been linked with a move for young Arminia Bielefeld central defender Amos Pieper when the transfer window opens.

The 24-year-old Germany International, who signed up for Arminia Bielefeld after leaving Borussia Dortmund back in 2019 has been an important member of the first-team squad ever since.

The young centre-back was heavily involved for Arminia Bielefeld during the 2020/2021 season where he scored one goal and created one assist in 31 appearances in all competitions.

Amos Pieper has also been a mainstay in that Arminia Bielefeld defence so far this season, recording a total of 28 appearances in all competitions for the German club.Due to this, his impressive performances in defence is believed to have caught the attention of Chelsea and according to reports from The Sun, the Blues are keen on signing him.

The reports further claimed that the Blues want to add more quality to their defensive options next summer and are now eyeing a transfer move for Amos Pieper when the window opens.

That said, it remains to be seen if the young Amos Pieper will choose to continue his developments at Arminia Bielefeld or he will be ready to take the next step to join Chelsea next summer.
