Mass Killing of girls in Port Harcourt’s Hotels, Women Protest

Serial Killers on rampage in Port Harcourt hotels as police in Rivers have linked the killings of young females to cultism. There has been news of death of females in PH hotels lately which is strange according to the people living in the area.

There was another killing of a young girl in a hotel in Port Harcourt on Saturday, situated in Obo Road, Omoku, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State

According to a local source, an eyewitness said, “The girl is just a teenager, we found her corpse lying with her clothes yesterday evening in the hotel room. Her killer was nowhere to be found. Her hands were tied behind her back with a white cloth, as well as her legs and neck.

The Rivers State Police Command has again warned hotel owners in the state against operating without installing CCTV Cameras, proper documentation of guests and profiling of staffers.

The command also discouraged the running of what they described as “Short Time” services for desperate reasons.

State Commissioner of Police, Muhammad Danduara came up with these following the spate of killings in low cost hotels in Rivers state where several women have been murdered.

Police in Rivers put the number of victims as eight as against thirteen being reported by the media.

Meanwhile there was protest by some concerned women in the area calling for the Police to protect PH girls. There was a similar campaign going on Twitter.
