Pastor Adeboye to lead prayer protests against Police Brutality at Redemption Camp

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has indicated that the Church is holding a prayer protest on Friday.

Pastor Adeboye made it clear that it is going to be a peaceful protest and also it also going to be intercessory movement and disclosed that they will be there on Friday, 16th of October, 2020.

According to him, the protest is tagged: ‘Redemption Camp Prayer Protest: A Peaceful Intercessory Movement’ and will take place at the Redemption Gate, KM 46 Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The popular clergyman, who is fondly called Daddy G. O took to his Instagram page to shared the banner of the prayer protests and said: “Glory to God. We will be there. The name of the Lord is a strong tower, we will call on him intentionally with the belief he always hears us.”

Pastor Adeboye had earlier shared his stand and that of the Church in his Twitter account saying that “Our daughters will not be able to prophesy and young men will not see visions if we don’t keep them alive”.

He went on to say that he is in support of the youths as they embark on peaceful protests.
