After Chelsea spent well over two hundred million pounds in the summer transfer window during Frank Lampard’s era, under the current manager, the board is looking at the plan of the manager.
Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel has reportedly drawn up a list of three defensive targets for next summer as the German manager looks to build a very strong Chelsea side that will be hard to play against.
Thomas Tuchel has been impressive since taking over as manager of Chelsea after the dismissal of Frank Lampard,but he was not afforded any money in the january transfer window that closed on Monday night.
Tuchel has already made his plans known to the Chelsea hierarchy and desires to build a very strong team and the board sees his intentions for the club.
And despite spending over £200m in the summer,the blues will back Thomas Tuchel to sign players.
It is yet to be discovered how much funds Chelsea will give Tuchel in the summer,but it is evident that he has drawn a list of three Defensive targets.
We are midway past the season and Chelsea are already preparing for next season after opting not to sign any players in january.
According to SportBild, Blues chiefs are keen to grant Tuchel his desire and they have already added three defensive targets to their “shopping list” for next summer transfer window.
The blues have identified Bayern duo Niklas Sule and David Alaba.
Leipzig powerhouse Dayot Upamecano is also on the blues shoplist,completing the list of the Three targets.
All three defenders currently reside in Germany’s top flight and it seems Chelsea will be storming Germany in the summer transfer market.
