Those who want Oshiomhole out, are working with PDP to destabilised APC – Uzodinma

The Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma has made a shocking revelation concerning the purported removal of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr Adams Oshiomhole.

Uzodinma while speaking to journalists on Friday in Owerri, the state capital, he said those who want Oshiomhole out of office are working with The Peoples Democratic Party to destabilised the party (APC)

He said that those planning to remove Oshiomhole will fail. Adding that he and other leaders will not allow mischief makers to humiliate the national chairman of their party.

“Many of us, leaders of the party, are aware that those clamouring for the chairman’s removal are working with the PDP to destabilise the party but they will fail.

“We will not allow them to humiliate our National Chairman out of office through illegal means or allow any action that will bring the party to public ridicule,” he said.

Uzodinma lectured the people who Oshiomhole out of office that National Executive committee of the party (NEC), guidelines are clear on how the National Chairman can be removed from office.

The governor also wondered why a genuine APC member will want to remove Oshiomhole who, according to him, has done so well for the party.

He vowed to continue to support him and wants other party leaders to support him because he has achieve so much for the ruling party.
