Chelsea interested in HofmannThomas Tuchel admires Borussia Monchenglabach’s winger Jonas Hofmann and Chelsea are interested in signing the 28-year old. Hofmann had an impressive season for his German club this campaign with 6 goals and 11 assists in the Bundesliga. Lukaku would also become the highest-paid player at the Stamford Bridge to complete this type of expensive transfer. It is suggested that such fee for Lukaku could be worth it if the striker can put an end to the Blues’ scoring problems. The 28-year old scored 30 goals in all competitions for Inter this season.

The 18-year old made 35 appearances in all competitions this season and helped Sporting in winning the league. His performance has attracted the interest of some EPL clubs including Chelsea. The Blues have now identified him as a transfer target to replace either Marcos Alonso or Emerson at left-back. Manchester United and Manchester City have made contacts to sign the youngster while Chelsea have also joined them in doing the same.
