Transfer Updates: Chelsea board could announce £60,000-a-week deal for a star player

Winter transfer updates has it that Chelsea board is keen to advance Frank Lampard squad by signing one of his targets.

The £60,000-a-week midfielder is believed to be a top target for the Blue’s.

Chelsea plan to make Declan Rice a long-term replacement for 36- year-old Thiago Silva.
