Tuchel names five key Chelsea stars to miss Champions League clash against Zenit
CHELSEA go to face Zenit in the ongoing UEFA Champions League on Wednesday as they will put the defeat against West Ham United behind them.
The German manager, Thomas Tuchel has revealed that five of his players will miss Chelsea’s Champions League match against Zenit St Petersburg on Wednesday.
Jorginho, Trevoh Chalobah, N’Golo Kante, Ben Chilwell, and Mateo Kovacic are all expected to miss out, according to Tuchel.At his pre-match news conference, Tuchel revealed, “We have a few players absent [for Wednesday’s game against Zenit].”
“N’Golo, Ben Chilwell, Trevoh Chalobah, Mateo Kovacic, and Jorginho are all out.”
“We haven’t made all of our choices yet because we just concluded our last training session before leaving, but we may make some adjustments because we have to consider Leeds on Saturday as well.”
