The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has revealed how an International Tribunal did ordered that the Federal Government should stop recognising IPOB as terrorist organization.
Nnamdi Kanu made this known to the public via his Twitter account and disclosed that an United Nations special Rapporteur made the report.
According to the IPOB leader, the ordered has been disobeyed by the Government.
Recall that Gov Nyesom Wike of Rivers State also recently banned the activities of IPOB in his State stating that the Federal Government had proscribed the organization in the country.
The pronouncement came when the group was alleged to have caused some unrest in Oyigbo area of the State.
But Kanu is making case for his group that they should not be seen as a terrorist group in the strength of the international order.

‘In 2018, FGN was ORDERED by an international tribunal to reverse the declaration of #IPOB and its members as TERRORISTS and NOT to take any further actions against IPOB and its members’: UN Special Rapporteur Report.
Typically, the order was DISOBEYED. We shall see!
