Heavy weight boxing Champions, Anthony Joshua has sent his support to Nigeria and Nigerians over the shooting of EndSARS protesters in Lekki Toll Gate area of Lagos.
The boxer took to his Twitter to send message on the issue and has promised to help with hospital bills, foods and in other areas.
In the video which he posted on Twitter, he said he and his family stand with Nigeria at this trying time.
He also sent his prayers for the people he called heroes of the country.
“I pray God opens the gates for the heroes of Nigeria! This was never a trend for me! It’s real life and I want to learn how to make lasting change,” Anthony Joshua said.
Apart from his message of hope which he seek to encourage the people, and apart from the Prayers for the heroes of the EndSARS protests, he also spoke of support packages.
He said he is looking for hospitals to support and also talked about giving out food.
“I’m looking at hospitals to support, along with food and care packages in the time being,” he added.
