United look to hijack Liverpool’s Ibrahima Konate deal

Manchester United are reportedly prepared to rival Liverpool to the signing of RB Leipzig defender Ibrahima Konate this summer.

United’s primary centre-back targets remain Villarreal’s Pau Torres and Sevilla’s Jules Kounde, but according to Eurosport, failing to sign one of these La Liga defenders could see United turn their attention to Konate.

Hakan Calhanoglu has already given verdict on Chelsea transfer talk after ‘contract offer’ made

According to Sky Sports Italia, Arsenal and Chelsea have already been in touch with the AC Milan star’s agent ahead of a summer transfer.

The playmaker was quoted by Turkish paper Fanatik last season as stating: “God willing, I will be a Chelsea player next season.”

However, he took to Twitter at the time to deny the reports, stating that he had never spoken about Chelsea in the press, and had not discussed the matter with any Turkish journalist.

Chelsea Keen On Signing Aguero

The Evening Standard has encouraging news for Blues fans, as they claim that Aguero’s desire to break English records means Chelsea have a seat “at the table” in the chase for the 32-year-old.

He is currently fourth on the list of the Premier League’s highest goalscorers and could overtake Wayne Rooney in the record books if he signs a deal with Chelsea.

The Premier League leaders announced the Argentinean would be leaving the Etihad Stadium at the end of his current correct, with Chelsea, Barcelona and Juventus all interested in his signature.

Manchester City ready to make Messi Move

West Ham United have confirmed the permanent signing of Craig Dawson from Watford.

The central defender was relegated with the Hornets last season but was given another Premier League chance when David Moyes came calling with a loan offer.

Done deal: Belper Town Skipper Danny South Signs New Deal

The new deal will see the defender remain at the Raygar Stadium for the 2021/22 season.
