Thomas Tuchel and his team, Chelsea will be looking for a return to winning ways as they welcome Leeds United to Stamford Bridge on Saturday in their next Premier League fixture.
The blues who suffered a 3-2 defeat against West Ham in London Stadium will be aiming for a win to keep their hope of winning their first premier league trophy under Thomas Tuchel alive.
Chelsea has drawn their last two home premier league matches, against Burnley and Manchester United. Chelsea has not drawn three in a row at Stamford Bridge since a run of four between December 2015 and February 2016. Hence will be avoiding a draw or a defeat when the whites come to town.
And that is why Chelsea fans should be happy with the news coming out of the Blues camp as some injured players were seen training this morning.
Chelsea players took to the Cobham training pitch this morning in their final session before hosting Leeds United in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge. Midfield pair of Ruben Loftus Cheek and Jorgingho both took part in the training even though they were not involved in their Champions League tie with Zenit.
Reece James who played in midfield in the absence of Jorgingho and Loftus Cheek was also present, while Timo Werner who also recovered recently from a hamstring injury also trained freely.
Although Chelsea will be without the services of Mateo Kovacic, Trevoh Chalobah, Ben Chilwell and N’golo Kante, Chelsea fans has every reason to be happy with the return of the duo as they will certainly boost Chelsea’s midfield.
